The aim of an integral approach is to develop and balance all aspects of personality includes body, mind, emotions and psyche leading the practitioner towards a more harmonious state of being.
We believe that yoga can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level, and does not conflict with social background or religious beliefs. Yoga sessions in the form of asana, pranamaya and meditation have been designed to improve health and increase vitality with managing illness and other ailments effectively. Our teachers also have the capability of customizing classes according to your health needs.


What We Offer

Hatha Yoga

A disease may originate from the mind and go into the body, or it may originate in the body and affect the mind.. No disease is purely somatic or psychic, either it is born on account of the imbalance of prana or the imbalance of mind. Therefore, in hatha yoga, what we are trying to do is to create a balance, to bring both the energies into a balanced state, and thereby allow the healing to take place.

A typical class is 1 to 1.5 hours in duration which normally contains Asanas invigorate the body, improve health and flexibility, and remove energy blockages and tension. Aim of pranayama is to awaken, balance and expand the prana (vital energy) in the body. Mudras (yogic gestures) and bandhas (energy locks) may also be included in more advanced courses to further deepen and enhance the flow of prana. Sathkarma(Yogic cleasing) used to practice seperately as per need.

Who We are & What people says about us

Shri Shambhu, a Yoga Teacher and founder of Kriyas - the holistic yoga centre, has a very deep understanding of Bihar School of Yoga/ Satyanada Yogs traditions. He started his journey of yoga in 2003 as a seeker and later on as a postgraduate student of Applied Yogic Science in Bihar Yoga Bharti (World first University of Yoga). In 2015, he was appointed the Manager of Yoga for Ananda - in the Himalayas. He played a vital role in redeveloping yoga brand offered at Ananda.
Yoga is very much part of his life due to his native place of Munger, Bihar and continuous interaction with Yogashram(Bihar School of Yoga). He has been teaching yoga professionally since 2005 and has conducted extensive workshops for several leading Indian Corporate, organizations such as IIM Lucknow, LIC, Indian Railways, Service Tax Dept., Panjab National Bank, Vodafone, Sahara India, Yash air and many more Top notches in Lucknow, Ujjain, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, etc.
Currently settled in Lucknow and spreading the knowledge of Yoga in every nooks and corner, he redefined the yoga by developing continuous own experiences during course of time.
Under the guidance of Swami Niranjananand Saraswati Shri Shambhu specializes in
Hatha Yoga, Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Ashtanga/Raj Yoga,
Dhyaan (meditation), Karma Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, etc
